Thank you for your interest in FORWARD - an ambitious fundraising campaign to move
Lighthouse Church FORWARD for Cedar Lake.

Lighthouse’s mission is, “For far too long the church has been known for what it’s against. We
want to be known for what we are for. We are for Cedar Lake.” To move FORWARD in this
mission, it is vital that the property of Lighthouse Church continues to serve the important
work that God is doing in and through people.

FORWARD GOALS

The FORWARD Campaign has 3 Goals totaling $450,000 to be completed by 2030!

Goal 1 - $50,000
Raising the $50,000 down payment required to install a new parking lot. Once
this goal is met, construction can begin. The remaining $200,000 of
construction costs will be paid by obtaining a loan.

Goal 2 - $200,000
Paying off the loan within 3 years. Early debt payoff to avoid additional interest
will keep the parking lot project as economical as possible.

Goal 3 - $200,000
Replacing auditorium and hallway carpeting, renovating bathrooms and other
rooms. This is estimated to cost $200,000 to complete these projects by 2030.

Please prayerfully consider partnering with Lighthouse to move FORWARD for Cedar Lake with a Kickstart Contribution and a 3-Year Recurring Commitment in addition to your regular giving.

Kickstart Contribution
Your one-time Kickstart Contribution will go toward Goal 1 - raising the $50,000 down payment
needed to install the new parking lot.

Recurring Commitment
Your 3-year Recurring Commitment will go toward Goal 2 - retiring the debt incurred from
completing the parking lot.
